18AD-4 SPRINGFIELD 1903 MKI #1108873U.S. Springfield Armory Model 1903 Mark I bolt action rifle, .30 caliber, Serial #1108873. The rifle is in fine overall condition with a 24” SA barrel dated 11-19 with the flaming bomb insignia. The barrelfeatures a ramped blade front and military tangent style rear sights. The rifle has been re-parkerized and retains nearly all of its military finish. The receiver has the cut-out for the Pedersen device. The smoothwood stock is in very good condition with sling swivels and only light storage marks noted. The butt stock ends with a smooth steel butt plate with trap. The bore is very good, the action is crisp and the markingsare sharp on this desirable Springfield. Est.: $500-$1,000.
