Winchester Model 1894 lever action rifle, .30 W.C.F. caliber, 26” round barrel, blued finish, wood stocks, S/N 28613, in overall good to very good condition with majority of muted blued finish remaining on barrel, brown Lot Title patina to loading tube, areas of muted blued finish on receiver, crisp action, good markings and bore, good wood stocks; Klondike era with factory letter confirming features and indicating received in warehouse on Lot Title November 29, 1897, shipped on December 2, 1897 to order number 24269. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
