Marlin Model 1893 Special Order Takedown rifle in .32-40 caliber with a 26” octagon barrel, full magazine, crescent butt, S/N 268170. This rifle remains in fine original condition with 95% plus original blue on the Lot Title barrel, 60%-80% blue thinning on the tube (Mostly right side) 85%-95% bright and fiery case colors showing. Rainbow colors. Loss of finish on take down collar and minor drifting at the edges. The wood is very good to Lot Title almost fine with 80%-90% varnish with minor nicks, scratches and storage marks. The bore is bright with strong rifling. Sling swivels eyelets may be dealer or period added. Special smokeless steel marking on the left Lot Title side of the barrel. A strong 9 on a 1-10 scale. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
