Southern German or Bihemian Wheelock Cavalry length pistol with inlaid stock circa 1570s-1580s. Measures 25 ½” overall with 17 3/8” barrel of approximately .60 caliber smoothbore. The mechanism is intact. Themetal surfaces show light to moderate pitting and aging. The stock is good with some minor distress, small losses and normal aging of 400+ years. Bone inlays are nicely toned with rich patina. A few inlays are excellent oldrestorations (Very minimal as 98% period and original). All authentic major components and not a Victorian copy! Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed.
