Joslyn Model 1862 Saddle Ring percussion carbine, .52 caliber, Serial #2307. The carbine is in good overall condition with a 22” round barrel. The barrel has gone to a mottled silver/brown patina with areas oflight surface erosion. The receiver has gone to a toned silver patina with the saddle ring intact and all matching visible serial numbers. The carbine features all brass hardware, barrel band, trigger guard and butt plate. The smooth wood stock is in fair condition showing heavy use with mars and dents, crude carvings on both sides of the butt stock and some wood loss at the fore end. The bore in fair, the action is crispand the markings are sharp on this Civil War era carbine. Est.: $900-$1,800. (Antique).

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed.
