Smith & Wesson top break 4th Model DA revolver, .38 S&W caliber, 3.25” barrel, blued finish, checkered hard rubber grips, S/N 501887; overall fine to near excellent condition displaying majority of its original finish with just some areas of flaking, fine bore, crisp action and markings, fine grip; accompanied by a factory fabric covered cardboard box with instructions printed inside the lid. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
