A fine long silver mounted Ottoman flintlock holster pistol circa 1820 with 13 inch long barrel, 21 inches overall. The silver buttcap is relief cast and chased with scrolls and panels. The large 5 inch long silver sideplate is beautifully pierced and engraved. The relief cast silver muzzle band with false ramrod and silver inlaid steel trigger guard. The dark walnut full stock is carved throughout its length in low relief. Thesilver mounts are in good condition with the exception of a missing section of the false ramrod. The stock is sound. The lock is good and the action crisp. All small parts are original. There is a chip on the top of thefrizzen. This is a very showy and attractive Turkish flintlock of a type carried by wealthy Ottoman officers. (Antique) Est.: $800-$1200.

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
