New Zealand: Lochinvar Safaris New Zealand – Mark Harrison of Lochinvar Safaris New Zealand is donating a 5 1/2-day/5-night Himalayan Bull Tahr hunt for one hunter and one observer on private land and free range hunt in the South Island of New Zealand. Method of take is rifle or muzzleloader. Hunt is a spot-and-stalk hunt, guided by Mark Harrison and his professional hunters. Lochinvar Safaris New Zealand is on a 25,000 arce ranch in the beautiful mountains near the Orari River, in the Southern Alps of the South Island of New Zealand. Included are lodge accommodation, meals, beverages, trophy fee for one free range trophy Bull Himalayan Tahr on private land, Government taxes included, 1X1 guide service, wifi, and use of firearms if required. Other species available are Red Stag, Fallow buck, Elk, Chamois buck, Arapawa rams, Feral goats and wild boars. Not included are before and after hunt expenses, packaging and shipping of trophies, NZ firearms permits ($25), and gratuities. Hunt can be extended and upgraded per pricelist. Arrival/departure point is Christchurch International Airport. Schedule hunt with outfitter for available dates during April – July, 2017, 2018. The best time to hunt Tahr in New Zealand is from early April through to early November when they will be in their full winter mane. The rut in May, June, and July is particularly good. • All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on hunts and services. Unless otherwise indicated, all auction hunts and services must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits. Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
• AK WSF is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between for between the purchaser and donor.
• AK WSF has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and other services. However, AK WSF does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
• All donors must provide notice on the Hunt Donation Form of the number of days of duration and available time frame(s) agreed upon in the donation along with the opportunity to hunt/fish all species indicated in the donation. Hunt donations include any and all ancillary items or services as indicated in the Hunt Donation Form and confirm with the purchaser in the AK WSF auction sales receipt and Buyer’s Agreement.
• AK WSF does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
• A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
• The goods and services in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of the AK WSF or WSF. AK WSF or WSF makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
• The high bidder acknowledges that AK WSF and WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can AK WSF or WSF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
• The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances in its entirety.
• These rules are hereby incorporated into the Live Auction purchase agreement sheets by reference. The winning bidder agrees to acknowledge and accept these rules and conditionals.
