South Africa: Andries van Zyl of Mount Carmel Safaris is offering a 9-day plains game safari for three (3) hunters, which includes a $500 trophy fee credit per hunter. The 9-day safari will begin at Kimberly Airport (South Africa) where a representative of Mount Carmel Safaris will meet your party and transport them to the lodge located near Danielskuil in the North Cape Providence. Once there your party will enjoy 7-days of hunting on private land, with the opportunity to take numerous different species of plains game. Your evenings will be spent around the fire enjoying spectacular meals and wine, under the pristine star-studded sky of the southern hemisphere. Mount Carmel Safaris has hosted numerous Alaska Chapter SCI members in the past and will have a representative at the fundraiser to answer your questions. Included with this donation is a $1,500 trophy fee credit (to be shared between three hunters), accommodations, meals, beverages, laundry service, Guide services (1X1), Trackers, Skinners, Camp staff, and transportation from/to Kimberly Airport. This Hunt may be upgraded with extra days at a rate of $480 per day per Hunter (guided 1X1) and $180 per day per Observer, plus trophy fees. Not included in this donation are trophy fees, trophy preparation/handling/shipping, gun permit fees, rifle hire/ammunition ($50 per day per hunter), government Value Added Tax (VAT), hunting licenses, and gratuities.
