Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor. PLEASE NOTE: All purchasers will require a Firearms Possession License issued by the Chief Firearms Officer of Ontario under the authority of the Firearms Act Statutes of Canada. All restricted firearms will have their transfer started on sale day but won’t be completed until the next business day. Transfer by the CFO may take up to a week. Purchasers will be contacted upon completion to arrange pick up/delivery/post. All items shipped will be charged on an individual basis, based on weight and size. If you are an American bidder please speak with us prior to bidding to discuss import and export expectations. U.S. Bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases.
