(restoration billed at approximately $5,000 per consignor), .450-400 caliber, blued barrels, finely engraved and case hardened receiver, hammers and back action lockplates; also barrel release lever is engraved en suite; high grade checkered wood stocks with beautiful graining to butt stock; cased in a fine luggage style hard carry case. This double rifle is in fine condition as factory restored; fine bores, crisp action, sharp markings and extensively engraved. Accompanying this gun is a box of .450-400 brass/bullets that per the consignor, is sized, primed and ready to load. Also with the gun is an October 29, 2010-dated letter on John Rigby & Co. letterhead providing information on this double rifle. Dies are included Est.: $9,000-$18,000.

PLEASE NOTE FOR THIS AUCTION ONLY!! DUE TO ADDED SURCHARGES FOR FEDEX AND UPS WE WILL NOT START SHIPPING ITEMS UNTIL DECEMBER 26TH UNLESS BUYER WISHES TO PAY THE ADDED COSTS OF SHIPPING. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. 2% fee will be added to each invoice for packing, materials and insurance on all shipments. Shipping will be billed at cost. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, packing, materials, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed.
