Colt Model 1877 Thunderer revolver, .41 caliber, serial #64759. The pistol is in good overall condition with a 5” barrel. The barrel retains approximately 50-60% of its blued finish with light surface rust anderosion noted. The etched panel on the barrel is still faintly visible and the front sight is full height. The frame and cylinder have gone to a silver/grey patina with some flashes of old, muted case colorpresent and light pin prick pitting in areas. The back of the hammer retains some bright niter blue finish. The action is working at the time of description. The checkered hard rubber grips fit well and are in goodcondition with wear and use but no chips. The bore is good, the action functions and the markings are sharp. (Antique) Est.: $600-$1,200.
