Winners choice between the Fishing Trips or Dove Hunt. Costa Rica is an offshore/inshore fishing trip for 4 people with Down East Guide Service good for one year from auction. The winners will enjoy 1 day offshore fishing on the 42’ Dragin Fly, 1 long half day inshore fishing for roosterfish on two local pangas or two days fishing on one local panga, 2 hotel rooms in a Jaco beach hotel for 4 nights, VIP airport and marina transfers, breakfasts at hotel, lunches and drinks on boats. Not included are airfare to/from Costa Rica, tips, additional meals, airport tax ($26), fishing license ($15). 5. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased. Users agree that any arbitration or remedies sought in any way will be initiated within the closest local jurisdiction within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
6. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.

Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
