Desirable Winchester 2nd Model 1873 lever action rifle, .44-40 caliber, 24” round barrel, blued finish, wood stocks, S/N 76764 (carbine frame), note early rear sight, in overall very good condition displaying abrown patina with traces of original blue in protected areas; crisp action, very good bore, good to very good wood with some weathering to butt stock and scattered old mars and scratches from carry and storage. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
