Colorado Has extremely complex license application rules and laws. Because of that and that I have gotten licenses her for the past 50 years we will apply for the license for you if you wish. We don't charge the $50-$100 for this service like others, we provide it at no charge with every hunt booked to again confirm that your hunt is a very enjoyable hunt. The incorrect license can be a very bad day. We want to send you home after you hunt with a elk and good memories from your hunt.

These items reflect the total price. When you win the auction you only pay 50% of the winning price via credit card.
The balance of the hunt(The other 50%) isn't due until 45 days prior to your hunt. In most of my auctions as long as
you pay the deposit we can move the hunt to 2018, 2019, or even 2020 if needed.
Of course if someone dies during this span of time or the outfitter out of business
or any other unforeseen circumstances we will work with options with you.
In the west where the river bottoms fad away and the land loses its desire to whitetail deer the big racked Mule Deer begin emerging across the open landscape. becomes much more arid as it flows from the east the whitetail disappears and the Mule Deer emerges. His high and wide rack can be viewed at great distance across the arid hills and mountain terrain. His pogo like run is what he uses going up hill to escape the predators in a way a whitetail could only dream of. This is mule deer country, sage, scrub oaks all the way to high altitude timberlines.
This hunt is at 6000 feet at the base of a scrub oak mountain in the foot hills around Craig Colorado. The scrub oak disappears as the land becomes flat and the 640 acres of wheat become a large food plot. With a live water source within a ½ mile these deer are year-round homiest.
You will be guided on a 4-day hunt that you will see over 100 deer by the end of the hunt. Setup in a western natural ground blind with binoculars and a 270 or larger rifle your guide will show you how to estimate buck score on the hoof so you can do your “Goes-in-Ta’s” while you are watching them parade past at anywhere from 50-300 yards.
You will see bucks from 140-180 as the do their daily routine in the 3whesat at first light, go to water then go up on the mountain and bed in the thick scrub Oak for the day.

Once the 50% deposit is paid the Outfitter will call the hunter and confirm the hunt, he will answer any questions that the hunter may have. He will send him via email or Postal mail anything that is need. The outstanding balance is paid to the outfitter directly via check or money order no later than 45 days prior to the hunt.
