German Mauser Model K98 bolt action rifle, 8 x 57 caliber, serial #6524D. The rifle is in good overall condition with a 24” barrel featuring a ramp front and military style tangent rear sights. The barrel and receiver retain a significant amount of their military finish with wear at the muzzle, light surface erosion and a magazine base in need of repair. The front ring features military proofs, although the Nazi proofshave been ground off and is dated 1939. The smooth wood stock is in good condition showing moderate service use with mars, compressions and a couple extra holes on the underside of the butt stock. The butt endswith a smooth steel butt plate. The bore is fair, the action crisp and markings are sharp. (C+R) Est.: $250-$500.

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed.
