Marlin Model 38 pump rifle, .22 S., L. and L.R. caliber, serial #A4146. The rifle is in very good overall condition with a 24” octagon barrel with a post front and standard rear sights. The barrel and 1/2 magazineretain the majority of their thinning blued finish with sharp edges and some wear at the muzzle. The receiver shows significant amounts of original blued finish with the remainder going to plum patina. The smoothwood stocks are in very good condition showing storage marks and a Marlin marked hard rubber butt plate. The bore is good, the action crisp and markings are sharp on this nice, old Marlin. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed.
