New Zealand: New Zealand Safaris - Jim Gibson of New Zealand Safaris is donating a 4-day/3-night New Zealand Red Stag hunt for one hunter and one observer on the South Island of New Zealand. Method of take is a rifle or muzzleloader. Included are all trophy fees for one free range trophy Red Stag up to 340 inches, $500 credit towards an upgraded stag or additional animal, guide service, in-field transportation, lodge accommodations, meals, beverages, TV, WIFI, laundry and transportation to/from Timaru Airport (Christchurch is $150 each way). Hunters may upgrade to larger Estate Stags or add game species and hunting days at the listed rate less the credit. Additional hunters or non-hunters are welcome to be added. New Zealand Safaris has the reputation for specializing in genuine big game, free range hunting of Bull Tahr, Red Stag, Fallow Buck and Chamois Buck, all on private land on the South Island, within 30 minutes of the hunting lodge. Experience and enjoy professionally guided, private land hunts on extensive ranches located in the heart of the South Island`s picturesque mountains and river valleys. Not included are NZ firearms permits ($25), expediting and taxidermy, accommodations outside of hunting days, and gratuities. • All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on hunts and services. Unless otherwise indicated, all auction hunts and services must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits. Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
• AK WSF is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between for between the purchaser and donor.
• AK WSF has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and other services. However, AK WSF does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
• All donors must provide notice on the Hunt Donation Form of the number of days of duration and available time frame(s) agreed upon in the donation along with the opportunity to hunt/fish all species indicated in the donation. Hunt donations include any and all ancillary items or services as indicated in the Hunt Donation Form and confirm with the purchaser in the AK WSF auction sales receipt and Buyer’s Agreement.
• AK WSF does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
• A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
• The goods and services in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of the AK WSF or WSF. AK WSF or WSF makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
• The high bidder acknowledges that AK WSF and WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can AK WSF or WSF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
• The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances in its entirety.
• These rules are hereby incorporated into the Live Auction purchase agreement sheets by reference. The winning bidder agrees to acknowledge and accept these rules and conditionals.
