FALLOW DEER IN SERBIA DONATION HUNT
Season: September – February 15, best period October – January.
Day 1: Reception at the airport Belgrade, transfer to hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 2-4: Hunting days (morning and evening hunt), return to the hotel, lunch, dinner
and overnight.
Day 5: After breakfast transfer to Novi Sad (if previously not accommodated in Novi
Sad), arrival at the hotel and departure for a tour of several Orthodox
monasteries on Fruska Gora, lunch on the way. Arrival to Novi Sad in the
afternoon and visit of the city and Petrovaradin fortress. Diner in some local
restaurant or in hotel, overnight.
Day 6. After breakfast transfer to Belgrade, visit Kalemegdan fortress with military
museum, orthodoxTemple of Saint Sava and tour of the city, lunch in one of
the famous restaurants in Belgrade, return in Novi Sad in the afternoon and
free time, dinner and overnight.
Day 7. Transfer to the airport for departure.
Description of the hunt:
Fallow deers we hunt at several places in eastern Serbia, at one place near the Belgrade
and one place near the Novi Sad. That is fenced areas sized from 250 – 1.200 ha. It does
not require any special physical condition.
PRICE: 6.600 US$ for 2 hunters or 1 hunter and 1 observer
INCLUDED:
6 nights, 3 hunting days, 2 tourism days, hunting organization, assistance for settlement of
customs formalities at Belgrade airport in arrival and departure, use of 4x4 vehicle during
the stay, lodging and full board in 3-4*** hotels or hunting lodges, assistance of professional
hunter and local game keepers, field preparation of trophies.
NOT INCLUDED:
Airfare tickets, trophy fee for Fallow deer without size limit 3.000 US$, rent a rifle with ammo
150 US$ for hunt, VAT 20% (be added on donation value and total bill), Serbian hunting
licence 140 US$, official measurement 35 US$ per trophy, cape 100 US$, single 4x4 vehicle
for hunt 200 US$ per day, packing, export documentation and sending of trophies, tips,
drinks and gratuities.

Wine tasting tour – daily tour with included visit of 3-4 wineries around Novi Sad, lunch in

You or your representative (designated individual must have written, notarized authorization by you stating maximum bidding price for each of the items of interest) must be registered and present during the auction to be eligible to bid. A person who bids on behalf of another person or group will be ultimately held responsible for payment in its entirety. A person registered and bidding through the official SCI online auction site will be considered to be registered and present for the auction.

5. We do our best to solicit donated hunts only from competent outfitters. However, we do not guarantee the quality or success of any hunt purchased at this auction. All of this said, it is important to note that hunts purchased at our auction generally go very well, with both the donor and the buyer being well satisfied. Certain trips such as mountain hunts or spot and stalk hunts require a high level of physical fitness to maximize the opportunity for success. Other trips, such as game ranch hunts, are not physically demanding.
6. All items auctioned (whether goods or services) have been acquired or obtained by SCI from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the items have not been inspected by SCI and that the purchaser is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bows, bullets or other weapons, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. No services auctioned are to or will be performed by SCI.
7. Upgrading your hunt, while not required in most cases, is certainly appreciated by our donors. If you do not want to add another animal, consider bringing along a friend. This really helps out these outfitters and hunting companies that are trying to help us! With few exceptions, these donors are not wealthy philanthropists, but rather they donate to help wildlife, ensure the future of our sport, and generate new business for themselves. Please do what you can to help!
8. If you are unable to attend our live auction in person and wish to place bids for live auction items, you may submit a bid online by establishing an account and providing payment information through our third party online auction representative. To place an absentee bid online, you will need to provide in advance a pre-approved credit card.
9. No Refund Policy – This purchase is non-refundable. In no event shall Buyer seek reimbursement from SCI and Buyer acknowledges and agrees that SCI is not liable to refund the purchase price or any portion thereof.
10. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs for any item purchased.
