Winchester Pre-64 Model 70 bolt action rifle, .270 Winchester caliber, serial #309481. The rifle is in good overall condition with a 24” barrel with a ramp front and rear sight removed. The barrel and receiver retainthe majority of their blued finish with small handling marks and some surface rust on the bolt handle and magazine base plate noted. The checkered wood stock is in very good condition with light storage marks and smalllosses of finish. The butt stock includes sling swivels, a leather sling and ends with a ventilated rubber pad. The bore is fair, the action crisp and markings are sharp. The rifle is topped with a Buehler two-piecemount and Leupold Vari-X II 3 x 9 variable power scope with crisp, clear optics. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
