World War II Commissioning Pennant. The pennant represents the commissioning of the USS Kwajalein CVE98 on July 6, 1944. The pennant is nicely framed, measuring 67” in length and 10” in height. From the BillBettis, Nieuport 17 Restaurant Collection, the pennant was presented to Mr. Bettis by Arnim Timberlake, BM-1.
