Yugoslavian Model 48 Mauser bolt action rifle, 8 x 57 caliber, serial #A61742. The rifle is in very good overall condition with a 24” barrel with a hooded front and military tangent style rear sights. The metal partsretain the majority of their military finish with significant packing grease still present. All matching visible serial numbers. The smooth wood stock is in very good condition with only storage marks noted. The butt stock is serialized with the action and the butt ends with a smooth steel butt plate. The bore is good, the action crisp and markings are sharp. The rifle is in the original shipping box with allassociated paperwork, leather sling, bayonet and ammunition carriers. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
