Payment & Check-Out
If you are the winning bidder, a committee runner will bring you a bid sheet to complete. You can choose to pay immediately or wait until the end of the event. We accept cash, checks (payable to Trinity Oaks Outdoors), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All payments must be completed on the night of the event, unless prior arrangements have been made with a Trinity Oaks Outdoors staff member.
Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a paid receipt. Please ensure you visit the Check-Out Area before leaving to finalize your purchase and collect any associated items or certificates.
Firearms & FFL Transfers
If your winning item includes a firearm, you must complete a Federal Firearms License (FFL) transfer form at the event. If you're unable to complete it onsite, the firearm will be transferred to a licensed dealer near your location. All standard background checks and legal requirements will apply.
Terms & Conditions
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed unless specified by the donor. Items are sold as-is, and buyers are responsible for understanding expiration dates and any limitations—most certificates expire one year from tonight. Verbal agreements do not override written terms.
Out of respect for our donors, we ask that packages not be resold or re-auctioned at other events. Trinity Oaks Outdoors is not responsible for replacing lost or expired certificates or managing donor redemptions.
Items not taken home tonight must be arranged for pickup within 30 days. After that, unclaimed items will be considered a donation to Trinity Oaks Outdoors.
