Hunt New Zealand's world-famous red stags at beautiful Lake Hawea, with Lake Hawea Hunting Safaris. Red stags are hunted on a managed 3,500-acre private game estate, also home to healthy numbers of fallow deer. This hunt includes trophy fees for one red stag scoring up to 405 SCI & one bull tahr.
Lake Hawea Hunting Safaris has delivered the ultimate New Zealand hunting experience since 1993. Outfitter Chris McCarthy is a fifth-generation Lake Hawea local, and group and combination hunts are what he does best.
Additional species and additional hunters can also be added.
