When shipping is required for any purchase an additional charge will occur the day the item has been shipped. We ship mainly at cost via Canada Post, boxes are marked for signature - no safe drop.
Please note that due to restrictions we will ship all Ammunition by courier Canada wide, ammunition and firearms CAN NOT ship in the same box. No Ammo, or Firearms, can be shipped outside of Canada.. WE SHIP AMMO ONLY BY PUROLATOR.... We cannot ship ammunition to a PO BOX - Please note that if we cannot ship to your address the item is forfeited and NO REFUND will be given.
We are NOT responsible for damage during shipping. We don't guarantee delivery times and will not refund shipping charges for parcels that are not delivered by a specific date.
Items over $200 will be insured and a signature 19+ is required (unless under $200 or going by letter mail).
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON LOTS THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO YOU.
Shipping charges will be determined after preparation as we need to pack, weigh and measure each box. Your credit card will be charged this amount before the parcel leaves.
Payment Details:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and E-Transfer payments. E-Transfer payments may be emailed to valleyfirearms@hotmail.com. All winning bids must be paid for in-full, including shipping, prior to winning bid(s) being shipped. If possible, we will combine multiple winning bids and ship as one order. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges. Full payment must be made within 3 days of the closed of the auction unless other terms have been made. No employee of Valley Firearms (2012) Ltd. is authorized to make any representation or warranty, oral or written, with respect to any lot or item for sale other than the CEO.
Because we also have a brick and mortar store, Valley Firearms (2012) Ltd. reserves the right to remove items from the auction, even if bids have been placed against said item. You are welcome to use our Buy Now option to ensure you can purchase the lots you want.
Valley Firearms (2012) Ltd. will not return or refund money if an item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in the online listing. All ratings in the online listing are subjective and are of visual opinion, no mechanical inspection is undertaken by VFA unless stated. Any concern on a listing must be addressed via email before the closing of the auction.
We require your full correct name and a mailing address for your items won. Customers who fail to do so, or who need the paperwork restarted due to an error on their part may be charged an administrative fee of $25.00 per lot. U.S.A./INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:
Please note: We DO NOT ship Ammunition or Firearms to the USA or internationally. DO NOT bid on these items if you are not shipping within Canada.
Note that any items that have been purchased but are deemed “not importable/exportable” will be sold at the next opportunity. Regular commission charges apply to that secondary sale.
You have sole responsibility for your purchases. Please check with your governing body to ensure your intended purchase is importable, as well as the third-party exporter to ensure they will be able to export to your country, this should be done prior to bidding.

If you are unable to complete the transaction within 2 months, the lots will be sold at the next auction. You will be charged a regular commission on the resale.
ALL BIDDERS:
BUYERS PREMIUM & TAXES: All items purchased online are subject to a 10% buyer's premium. Canadian Taxes will be charged at the rate applicable to the shipping destination. Item(s) purchased and shipped outside of Canada are not subject to Canadian taxes, however, you will be responsible for customs or duty charges and any Tariffs.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: At the conclusion of the Auction all items purchased will be charged to the Visa or Mastercard that was provided at registration to guarantee payment. If shipping is required for any purchase an additional charge will occur the day the item has been shipped. No items with be shipped unless payment in full has been received. A $50.00 late payer fee will be added to any invoice that can't be processed at the conclusion of the sale.
Please ensure that we have the correct credit card, expiry and CCID number. Recurring problem payers will be banned from future sales. Bidders are responsible for full payment of all their purchases at the close of the auction.
If arrangement are made, we will attempt to charge your credit card partial amounts, until the amount is paid in full, then your item will ship. Any purchase that has not been fully paid will be resold at the next available opportunity to mitigate damages to Valley Firearms.
If your credit card or shipping information changes after you sign up for the auction you will need to email us at valleyfirearma@hotmail.com. ICollector only forwards information at the time of registration it does not forward changes.
STORAGE FEES: $5.00 per item per day may be added to items that are left longer than 2 weeks after auction close.
BIDDING: The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. Pre-bids are time-stamped and the earliest bid will win any tie situation. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. All merchandise is sold 'As Is' without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneers may reject a bid at their discretion without reason or explanation. Bid increments are fixed for online-only auctions. Bid increments are fixed for the pre-bidding and maximum bid portion of Online auctions.

The Purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall Valley Firearms (2012) ltd., incidental or consequential damages.
The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.
