Description: Come experience a true turn of the century "On-Foot" trophy Eland hunt. This is a free range hunt in North East Namibia just below the Caprivi Strip. The hunt borders the vast bushman tribal lands. You will be following a Bushman tracker with your PH for an average of 2-3 days for one animal. Treks usually average between 8-10 miles a day of slow walkng with many species encountered along the way. Although classified as a Cape Eland many of the large eland in this area have visible stripes from cross breeding with the larger Livingston Eland. Many other species native to this area are available on this safari for trophy fees. You can also add a couple days of tiger fishing on the okavanga river that creates a natural border with Angola in the caprivi. Come explore this wild part of Namibia on a one of a kind trip.
