Product Description
PowerBelt ELR Bullets were specially designed for CVA's PARAMOUNT rifle, but can provide superior long-range performance in any .45 caliber muzzleloader with a twist rate of 1:24 or faster. In testing with the PARAMOUNT, using the recommended super-magnum charge of 140 grains by-volume of Blackhorn propellant, ELR bullets achieved muzzle velocities in excess of 2200 fps. Critical to the ELR's velocity potential is that it is .45 caliber, rather than .50 caliber. Because of the smaller bore diameter, the ELR bullets can be longer than a same-weight .50 caliber bullet would be. That length, when combined with the bullet's aggressively tapered shape, delivers a ballistic coefficient of .333, which is superior to that of any .50 caliber muzzle loading projectile. Internally, the ELR is similar in concept to the PowerBelt AeroLite bullet, incorporating a large hollow point cavity which eliminates weight from the core, allowing that weight to be used to lengthen the bullet. This hollow core is filled by the tail of the super-hard polycarbonate ballistic tip, which offsets the tendency of the bullet to expand too rapidly. Optimal performance of the ELR will be achieved using magnum or super-magnum propellant charges. Rifles like the CVA PARAMOUNT are designed to handle such super-magnum charges (meaning: charges that produce higher pressures than traditional magnum loads). With rifles not designed for such high pressure loads, the maximum propellant charge recommended by the rifle manufacturer should not be exceeded.

We offer flat rate shipping within the continental US of $29.95 per gun to cover shipping and handling of each firearm. We only ship within the US. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available on firearms, but we will charge an additional fee to ship to those areas. Firearms shipped to California are charged at $45 per gun to cover the additional paperwork. Certain firearms may not be legal to ship to your state and it is your responsiblity to know that information.
We offer flat rate shipping on non-firearm items at $19.95 per auction to the continental US. Large and oversized items may be charged at a higher rate. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii have to be air freighted, so shipping to those states will be higher. Ammunition cannot be shipped to California, Hawaii or Alaska and many other states, so please be aware of your state laws prior to bidding.
We no longer offer an option for local pickup. All items must be shipped.

All items in this auction are brand new, first quality and come with full manufacter's warranty. All of the items can be shipped, unless the item is not legal in your home state. All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee of your choice. All suppressors or other NFA items must be shipped to an FFL/SOT holder of your choice. The Bidder is responsible for having his/her FFL of choice send a valid FFL to us at bismanbids@gmail.com. If you fail to send and FFL to us, a relisting fee of $200 per item and storage fees of $10 per day per item will be applied. Buyers Premium for this auction is 20%. Please do not bid if you don't intend to follow through on your purchase, all bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject your bid at the close of the auction, even if you're not the high bidder. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of auction close if your bid has been accepted. There is a $200 relisting fee on any item that you bid on, win and fail to pay for. If you dispute the charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge per dispute to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge. Due to the continued supply chain issues across the US, we cannot guarantee product availability once the auction has closed. For ammunition, we may substitute comparable ammo of another brand in the case of a product shortage. For other availability issues, we will attempt to source the item for you. If the item cannot be sourced, we will refund your money to you and let you know. We must receive a copy of the FFL or SOT that you would like us to ship to within 5 days of the auction close. A $10 per day per firearm storage fee may be assessed if we don't receive the FFL/SOT within those 5 days. Please know your state laws prior to bidding on any item, especially if you live in California. There is a $200 relisting fee if you win an item that cannot be shipped into your state. We do not ship outside of the US. If you are an international bidder and are successful in winning an item, it must be shipped to a US address where you can work with an importer to receive your items. If you fail to provide a US address, a relisting fee of $200 per item will be applied. Some auction items may have a reserve assigned by the Seller. We may set our software to place bids so that the item does not sell below the reserve price. All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. There is a $200 relisting fee for retracting, cancelling or refusing to honor your bid for any reason. All items become your property the moment we recognize your winning bid. Items can be shipped at the Buyers expense. The Buyer assumes all risk in storing and/or shipping of the item. Any disputes are between the buyer and the shipping company (FedEx).
