End of Season Problem Animal and Plains Game Hunt
This is an end of season hunt to take animals left on quota as well as an opportunity to hunt problem animals such as leopard, lion, and elephant. In Namibia problem animals are exportable trophies.
Rasland African Ventures has hunting rights to eight hunting conservancies in Namibia. Problem animals can occur anytime of the year but are more likely to occur in the late season when it is the driest time of the year. (The hunting season is closed from December 1st) Problem animals are available in varies times of the year and can differ from year to year. (It could be a leopard, a lion, an elephant, or all three)
Note from outfitter:
1. From past season trends he believes that there will be a 100% chance on hunting a leopard.
2. About 80-90% chance of a problem animal Lion permit
3. A Problem Elephant permit is likely to be closer to 50%
Hunt to be taken November 1-14, 2020 (firm dates). Cost of non-hunter $4,200 ($300/day for 14 days).
Not included: $1,250 baiting & permit fee for leopard/lion, trophy fees, road transfer fees and over night stay in Johannesburg.
