“Into the Wild” is pleased to offer this opportunity for one hunter to experience a one- on-one, guided, rut Moose hunt in the Yukon with repeat donor, Yukon Big Game Outfitters! This nine-day hunt will take place within Yukon Outfitting concession 20 – the largest outfitting area in the Yukon encompassing 21,600 square miles. Hunting this outfitting area is like stepping back in time 50 to 70 years. This hunt must be scheduled for September 2020 and cannot be deferred. This hunt will be conducted via jet boat on a river or by boat on a lake within the area. Moose in this area range in average size from 55 to 65 inches. In 2016 the largest bull tipped the tape at 72 inches while in 2017, the largest bull was 68 inches with fifteen other bulls over 60 inches! There is no trophy fee for a wolf, a $1,000 trophy fee for a Black Bear. All camps are heated and clean, guides are well experienced and equipment is the best. Hunter is responsible for air charter return to camp ($1,800); license ($700); tag ($260); Non-resident Hunt Preservation Fee ($300); game handling fee after harvest ($900) and GST (5%). This hunt may be upgraded to include additional hunters ($21,000); non-hunter ($4,050 plus air charter) and/or extra days ($1,500) if pre-booked at the time of scheduling. Outfitter suggests hunter use magnum rifle or bow. This hunt has provided 100% shot opportunity with near 100% success in past years! Don’t miss this opportunity to hunt Moose in the Yukon!
