AUCTION TERMS
PAYMENT must be made the day of purchase. Trips purchased online will have the hunt packet emailed to them.

Online bidders: The Purchaser (winning bidder) of any merchandise items will be responsible for the cost, with payment in advance, of any shipping, crating, packaging and insurance associated with delivery.

SALES DISCLAIMER All items or trips are sold ‘as is‘. Chapter does not make or express any warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the item or hunt or trip’s description, genuineness, attributions, provenance, or condition. Any warranties with respect to items, hunts or trips are those solely and expressly supplied by the manufacturer or donor. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer, shall be the purchaser. In case of dispute between bidders, the auctioneer, shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder

It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.

Auction hunt buyers must be flexible as some dates are inevitably booked by the outfitter or professional hunter. Chapter does not guarantee the satisfaction of the buyer or the donor, the size or number of trophy animals or the buyer‘s shooting ability.
All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds
