At this time, we do not accept International bidders, and therefore do not ship items outside of Canada.

Shipping charges are determined after we pack up your order. Bidder is responsible to pay for all shipping and handling fees in full prior to delivery.

TNA does not guarantee any delivery times and will not issue refunds for parcels that do not arrive by a specific date. All parcels are insured and require an 18+ signature (unless under $100 and are shipped by lettermail). For complete details on insurance coverage rates please view LOT 0C.

Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

TNA will not be held responsible for:

Package(s) that are returned
Request(s) that we are unable to meet
Request(s) that come in after a deadline

TNA cannot stop OR pause delivery OR change your shipping address once the item(s) are dispatched from our warehouse.

BUYING FIREARMS AND/OR AMMUNITION AND/OR RELOADING COMPONENTS: Shipments of non-restricted classification firearms and items are authorized only after the item is paid in full, PAL is verified, shipping charges are paid in full and a reference number is given from the CFO. Shipment of restricted classification and prohibited classification firearms and/or item(s) is only authorized once the item is paid in full, PAL is verified, shipping is paid in full and the transfer has been approved. Firearms transfer will start when the firearm is paid for in full (not including shipping).

Firearms and ammunition cannot be shipped in the same package, applicable charges will be issued to each box.

Please note: If you are purchasing a firearm/regulated item, and require a change to your shipping address, your “new” address must be reported immediately to the CFO, and therefore must match with your PAL License and shipping address.
