ALL BIDS ARE A BINDING CONTRACT AND TO BE PAID IN PERSON AT END OF BANQUET, IF ONLINE, YOU WILL BE SENT INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR WINNING BID. ONCE YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT, YOU WILL GET A LETTER AS WELL AS THE OUTFITTER SO YOU CAN ARRANGE YOUR TRIP. YOU ARE BUYING WHAT THE AUCTION SAYS, SO READ CAREFULLY. ONLINE BIDDERS PAY A 3.5% ONLINE SURCHARGE.
