We hunt Greenland Musk Ox and Central Barren Ground Caribou, both species are recognized by Boone & Crockett. Greenland, although formerly administered by Denmark, is part of North America. Greenland is a large island sparsely populated and covered 87% by a glacial cap. We hunt the largest herd of both Musk Ox and Caribou, located on the west coast on the Arctic circle, near the town of Kangerlussuaq. Our hunting starts in Kangerlussuaq, which is serviced daily from Copenhagen Denmark by Greenland Air. To get to the hunting areas a variety of transportation is used: jet boats up a large glacial river, ATVs for accessing a remote cabin in the hills near Glacier edge, and motorized rafts to hunt the many glacial lakes. Helicopter hunts can be organized to hunt the remote Green Islands that are beginning to appear in the interior of the ice cap (this is the first time they have appeared in thousands of years). These green spots draw trophy Musk Ox and Caribou, by taking a short helicopter flight you could be the first person to walk a new piece of earth. 100% of the donation will go to the MDF National Endowment Fund.
