This 10-day grizzly/brown bear hunt in the Chugach Mountains of Alaska is for one hunter in June 2018 or 2019. The winning bidder must bring another hunter at the full price of $16,500. Included are meals and cabin accommodations. Other game may be added with the outfitter’s approval. Arrival and departure point is Anchorage. The flight to and from the cabin will be at the hunters’ expense of approximately $1000 each. Hunting licenses ($160) and bear tags ($1000) are also at the hunters’ expense.

Auction items not paid in full this evening will be resold or in the event of non-payment of any hunt,
cancellation will result.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to 1) contact the outfitter within 30 days after this event, 2) obtain proper licenses and permits and 3) arrange times and dates with the outfitter unless otherwise stated.
Items have a “value” stated for them. This is the customary charge made by the outfitter for this service or the retail price of goods which are offered, but is included here for reference purposes only.
In the event of a “tie” between bidders, the auctioneer may reopen the bidding between the two high bidders only. The person whose bid was not personally taken by the auctioneer will be the first asked to increase the bid, and the bidding will continue.
No goods sold at auction have been inspected by the Kansas City Chapter of Safari Club International and bid- ders are advised to exercise proper care before their use.
