Montana: Lazy J Bar O Outfitters - Mike and Jojo Colpo of Lazy J Bar O Outfitters are donating a 6-day Montana Elk and Deer (Mule or Whitetail) combo hunt for one hunter in Southwest Montana. Method of take is rifle. Hunt includes, 2x1 guiding service, trophy fees for included game and field prep, all meals and lodging. Lazy J Bar O's Southwest Montana hunts take place in the steep and rugged wilderness areas near their headquarters in Big Timber, Montana. This country is home to some of the best general-unit elk hunting anywhere in the Rockies. This area is loaded with elk. With very high bull-to-cow ratios, there are some very big bulls. There are also great opportunities for November hunts for big mule deer in the rut. These hunts may be conducted from a lodge or upper wilderness camp and can be customized based on the individual needs of each client or group. Horses and mules are used to access remote areas and the best hunting opportunities. Whether you're looking for big bull elk or trophy mule deer, this area offers it all with no waiting and no preference points. With a booming elk population and incredible game density, this area is home to some of the best general-unit wilderness hunting anywhere. Arrival and departure point is Bozeman (60 miles) or Billings (80 miles), MT. Not included are before and after hunt expenses, license (elk and deer, $1010), trophy shipping, and gratuities. • All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on hunts and services. Unless otherwise indicated, all auction hunts and services must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits. Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
• AK WSF is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between for between the purchaser and donor.
• AK WSF has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and other services. However, AK WSF does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
• All donors must provide notice on the Hunt Donation Form of the number of days of duration and available time frame(s) agreed upon in the donation along with the opportunity to hunt/fish all species indicated in the donation. Hunt donations include any and all ancillary items or services as indicated in the Hunt Donation Form and confirm with the purchaser in the AK WSF auction sales receipt and Buyer’s Agreement.
• AK WSF does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
• A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
• The goods and services in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of the AK WSF or WSF. AK WSF or WSF makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
• The high bidder acknowledges that AK WSF and WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can AK WSF or WSF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
• The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances in its entirety.
• These rules are hereby incorporated into the Live Auction purchase agreement sheets by reference. The winning bidder agrees to acknowledge and accept these rules and conditionals.
