This is an in-person event happening on June 8th but absentee bidding will open around 8:00pm MT that evening when the in-person auction begins.
This auction supports the NWTF's new collaborative Big Sky Forestry Initiative (BFSI), co-developed by the National Wild Turkey Federation and the USDA Forest Service. It will help bring partners and funding together to reduce the threat of catastrophic wildfire, enhance wildlife habitat, secure clean water, maintain access and recreational opportunities and prepare communities on the wildland interface for wildfire. Our NWTF Western Staff and amazing volunteers will work side by side with the USDA-United State Forest Service through our shared stewardship agreement to restore Montana’s incredible natural resources and landscapes. By collaborating with additional local and national partners, this will allow us to accelerate the pace, scale of work on the ground, and better address our current ecological challenges.
