28th Annual Hunters Expo, Banquet and Live Auction

Auction Details

Our annual Hunters Expo, Banquet and Live Auction is held each year in late March or early April and is our main fundraising event of the year. Funds raised at the event are used to support conservation, the right to hunt and participate in other outdoor activities, youth education events, and other programs. It is your chance to meet manufacturers, outfitters, artists, and those who are leading the fight to keep our heritage alive. Best of all, you will meet and talk with fellow sportsmen and sportswomen.

The afternoon activities are open to all who registered and hold tickets for the Banquet and Live Auction. They begin around 2 P.M. when the doors open; you can socialize, meet with outfitters and vendors, purchase raffle tickets and bid on silent auction items. The banquet begins around 5:30 P.M. and includes great food, a speech by our keynote speaker and award presentations. The live auction that typically features hunts, fishing trips, firearms and artwork follows the banquet. The silent auction featuring a wide variety of desirable items runs through the afternoon and evening, concluding during the live auction.

The event begins with a members only brunch with our keynote speaker and featured guest(s). One or more seminars are held between the brunch and afternoon activities and are open to everyone.
