Chef Joel, the EC of Bethel Woods, a graduate of The
Culinary Institute of America, is best known as the 13-
year owner and manager of Amici’s Restaurant in
Poughkeepsie, New York. In addition to serving as
General Manager of Dean and Deluca, he has worked
as a NASCAR Trackside Chef. He is a two-time Best
of Hudson Valley Award Winner and has received the
Trip Advisor Award of Excellence.
