are not owned by the Minnesota Chapter of SCI (“Chapter”). The Items are being offered
for sale “as is” and the Chapter is not responsible for any sale or transfer of the Items.
WARNING: The Items may be the subject of various complex wildlife laws, including but
not limited to, the Endangered Species Act, the Marine Mammal Protection Act, the
Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species, and the Lacey Act. It is the
owner’s and/or the prospective purchaser’s responsibility to verify the permissibility of any
sales of the Items.
