Our mission is simple but powerful: to give Maine children with critical illnesses and severe disabilities the chance to experience outdoor dream adventures they may never otherwise have.
Through Moose Maine Kids Dream Adventures, we take children facing life-altering medical challenges—such as cancer and severe physical disabilities—on once-in-a-lifetime outdoor experiences. These adventures range from striped bass fishing trips to guided moose hunts. For many of these children, daily life revolves around hospitals, treatments, physical therapy, and limitations that most of us can hardly imagine.
