Mexico: La Palmosa - Emilio Espino is donating a 7-day Desert Bighorn Sheep hunt in Cuatrocienegas, Coahuila, Mexico for one hunter and one observer. The 100,000 acre La Palmosa Ranch is the result of a vision to restore native wildlife to the Chihuahuan desert of northern Coahuila. This herd is overall a young herd, transplanted about 12 years ago. A 16 inch base is common, with most rams taken being 38-40 inches and lightly broomed. The largest ram they have been watching is 190-195+ and old. To date (June 2016), the average ram taken has a green score around 178 points. This is an all-inclusive hunt! This hunt includes trophy fee for one Desert Bighorn Sheep, 1x1 guide service, all license and permits, all trophy prep, transportation of trophy to shipper, shipping of trophy to anwhere in the U.S., CITES permit, accomodations, transportation to/from Monterrey to the ranch, first-class accomodations, private house for each visitor, full-time chef and waiter, laundry services, cleaning services and an open bar stocked with first-class drinks. Alaska Wild Sheep Foundation is also covering all airfare to/from anywhere in the U.S. to Monterry Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Additional hunters are welcome at $60,000 (if hunts are available). • All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on hunts and services. Unless otherwise indicated, all auction hunts and services must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits. Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
• AK WSF is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between for between the purchaser and donor.
• AK WSF has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and other services. However, AK WSF does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
• All donors must provide notice on the Hunt Donation Form of the number of days of duration and available time frame(s) agreed upon in the donation along with the opportunity to hunt/fish all species indicated in the donation. Hunt donations include any and all ancillary items or services as indicated in the Hunt Donation Form and confirm with the purchaser in the AK WSF auction sales receipt and Buyer’s Agreement.
• AK WSF does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
• A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
• The goods and services in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of the AK WSF or WSF. AK WSF or WSF makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
• The high bidder acknowledges that AK WSF and WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can AK WSF or WSF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
• The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances in its entirety.
• These rules are hereby incorporated into the Live Auction purchase agreement sheets by reference. The winning bidder agrees to acknowledge and accept these rules and conditionals.
