Fish with Two Texas Legends!!
A truly unique, once in a lifetime opportunity to fish with legendary fishing captain Derek York who owns Spot Stalker Guide Service, and, “Mr. Whitetail” Larry Weishuhn fishing for redfish, speckled trout and flounders on Galveston Bay, near Galveston, Texas.
This is half day fishing trip (~6-hours) on a mutually agreeable date selected from June 7, 2026 till June 6, 2027, Captain York will suggest the best dates to fish for BIG trout and redfish.
Included in the package are guided trip for two (2) fisherman, appropriate fishing gear, ice on boat, live-bait if required, filleting catch, drinks.
Larry Weishuhn will film parts of the fishing trip for an episode of the “A Sportsman’s Life” digital television show on CarbonTV.com, which he co-hosts, and will write blogs and possible articles about the day’s events as well.
Not included are travel to and from boat launch site, lodging the night before or possibly night after the fishing trip, appropriate Texas fishing license, sunscreen and sunglasses, ice chest to transport fillets home, gratuities to the guide.
Value of fishing trip and amenities $1,500.00.

BIDDER AUTHORIZES DSC Texas Gulf Coast TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT (PLUS BUYER'S PREMIUM) OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, DSC Texas Gulf Coast will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, DSC Texas Gulf Coast may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium of 5% on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. DSC Texas Gulf Coast reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. DSC Texas Gulf Coast reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. All items sold through DSC Texas Gulf Coast are received from third party vendors. GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC Texas Gulf Coast, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of DSC Texas Gulf Coast. DSC Texas Gulf Coast makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. DSC Texas Gulf Coast does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. SERVICES: All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. The services in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of DSC Texas Gulf Coast. DSC Texas Gulf Coast makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. No services in the live auctions are to be or will be performed by DSC Texas Gulf Coast. DSC Texas Gulf Coast shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, DSC Texas Gulf Coast cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can DSC Texas Gulf Coast be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. 9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. DSC Texas Gulf Coast will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on DSC Texas Gulf Coast or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. DSC Texas Gulf Coast does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. DSC Texas Gulf Coast may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. Any hunt, fishing trip or membership purchased in this auction cannot be sold, raffled or bartered without the written consent of DSC Texas Gulf Coast Chapter.
