If you've dreamed about hunting the snow goose conservation order in Nebraska this is your opportunity! Hunt takes place at Harlan County Reservoir near Alma, Nebraska. This location is in the heart of the central flyway known for world class snow goose hunting and can often hold several million birds during this time. Hunt will be conducted in a fully heated field pit blind. Booking dates are flexible until season ends 4/4/25 as weather really plays a factor for a successful hunt. Everyone that loves to waterfowl hunt knows that cold windy snowy days are always the best! Expect to hunt all day from sunup to sundown during legal shooting hours. You and your buddies will be shooting over several hundred full body decoys and socks. Your well trained 4-legged hunting companion is welcome. Depending on where you are traveling from, we recommend you arrive the day before your hunt and overnight in Alma or surrounding area. WHAT TO BRING: Positive attitude, warm clothes, shell bag, ammo, gun, snacks for the blind. DATES: Hunt dates are flexible depending on availability with outfitter. Season ends April 5th, 2024. Worse the weather better the hunting! INCLUDES: One (1) day fully guided hunt for up to four (4) hunters. Option to book one additional day for $300 per gun payable to outfitter. Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder, the shipper of their choice and/or donors. DSC NEBKAN assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC NEBKAN bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding: All winning bidders will be charged a 4% credit card Transaction Fee
1. Winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgment at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, DSC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, DSC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Dallas Safari Club NEBKAN Chapter reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Dallas Safari Club NEBKAN Chapter reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.

GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC, DSCF, or FRONTLINE and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. GOODS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF DSC NEBKAN Chapter, MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM THE SAME. No services are to be or will be performed by DSC NEBKAN and neither entity shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, DSC NEBKAN cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, pandemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the confines of the United States, nor can DSC NEBKAN be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise therefrom. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, DSC NEBKAN shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Dallas Safari Club NEBKAN Chapter will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Dallas Safari Club`s NEBKAN or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Dallas Safari Club NEBKAN does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Dallas Safari Club NEBKAN Chapter may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS
•DSC is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization and not listed as a charitable organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, in accordance with IRS regulations, no payments or donations made to the Dallas Safari Club for auction items would be tax-deductible.
12. AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR DSC NEBKAN. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the DSC NEBKAN Chapter, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the DSC NEBKAN Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The DSC NEBKAN Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays, or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of DSC NEBKAN auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by DSC. If a refund or credit is approved by the DSC NENKAN Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to DSC NEBKAN for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of DSC NEBKAN and all Board decisions are final.
