10 Day Plains game Hunt for 2 Hunters in Limpopo
Full Description of Lot:
This is an opportunity for two hunters to join Paul Brits on a 10-day hunt in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. This hunt can be taken from April through October 2024 or 2025. It is 10 full hunting days with extra days for arrival and departure added meaning 12 days in total. Full accommodation in thatched roofed en-suite chalets with all meals and drinks is included, as well as pick up and drop off at Johannesburg Airport, all transportation during the safari, services of all safari staff, including a licensed, experienced professional hunter with hunting truck and trackers and skinners and a daily laundry service whilst in the hunting camp. Field prep, skinning and salting of trophies as well as transportation of trophies to a local taxidermist for preparation for export is also included.
Also included is one kudu, one nyala, one blue wildebeest, one zebra, one impala and one warthog. These trophies can be shared in any way between the two hunters. Additional animals as per the price list on our website can also be hunted. It can also be upgraded to include dangerous game.

AUCTION BIDDING PROCEDURES AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. A person registered and bidding through the official online auction site will be considered to be registered and present for the auction. A person who bids on behalf of another person or group will be ultimately held responsible for payment in its entirety.
2. All items auctioned are sold “as is.” South Africa Outfitters Group assumes no responsibility for the validity of the descriptions, authenticity, or condition of any item donated for auction. South Africa Outfitters Group makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied regarding any property or service sold at auction including, but not limited to, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. Values listed are as stated by donors and are not warranted by South Africa Outfitters Group for tax or any other purpose.
Although South Africa Outfitters Group makes reasonable efforts to list all extra and ancillary expenses not included in hunt, travel, service and other items, lists of expenses in auction item descriptions should not be considered exhaustive or definitive and South Africa Outfitters Group will not be held responsible for their completeness or accuracy. The amounts of additional expenses listed in auction item descriptions are approximations and are subject to change without notice. Bidders should contact relevant donors before bidding for additional and updated information about expenses one can expect to incur in taking a hunt or trip or in using a service or item.
3. All items auctioned (whether goods or services) have been acquired or obtained by South Africa Outfitters Group from members. South Africa Outfitters Group cannot give any guarantees for items sold at auction.Contact information for each lot will be provided and it is recommended that prospective buyers contacts the seller to deal with any questions relating to the lot.
4. The winning bidder must click "I accept" after reading the Buyer's Agreement which, along with payment for the item, constitutes agreement to the Buyer's Agreement.
5. By making a purchase, the purchaser waives any claim for liability against South Africa Outfitters Group or the contributors of any property or service, and neither South Africa Outfitters Group nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of any property or services sold. If any action or claim is made against South Africa Outfitters Group by an individual, entity for any matter whatsoever arising from the use of the auctioned items, or any actions or parties conducting business with respect to the auctioned items, the donor and/or purchaser will pay South Africa Outfitters Group attorneys’ fees and costs and will hold South Africa Outfitters Group harmless from any judgment thereon.
6. By making a purchase, the purchaser agrees that any dispute or action arising out of or relating to the Auction and purchases made at the Auction shall dealt with directly with the seller of that lot/listing and should the dispute be unresolved report this to South African Outfitters to ensure such disagreements are limited in the future.
7. Successful bidders will pay by Easy2Africa (a service of Inter Africa Bureau De Change) service which includes Wire Transfer, Credit Cards (Paypal Service), Direct deposit into Bank of America, on successful purchase a payment request will be sent to the buyers registered email address.
8. Should a buyer fail to pay for his purchase he will be held liable for 20% to cover commission and cost to South Africa Outfitters Group and the auction house.
9. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS on items or services.
10. IT IS THE PURCHASER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE DONOR REGARDING PURCHASED ITEMS OR HUNTS. Dates and times applicable are to be arranged to the mutual convenience of the winning bidder and the donor.
11. Although South Africa Outfitters Group has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and trips, it cannot, and does not, guarantee the satisfaction of either the donor or the purchaser.
12. TO PROTECT OUR HUNT DONORS, NO STRINGING OF HUNTS (BUYING BACK TO BACK SAFARIS) WILL BE ALLOWED BY ONE BUYER.
13. Auction is Exclusively available to international bidders. South Africa Outfitters Group reserves the right not to accept the winning bidder.
