The National Deer Association is the leading conservation organization dedicated to conserving North America’s favorite game animal. We are hunters from all walks of life who share a passion for wild deer. We believe it is our responsibility to ensure the future of wild deer, wildlife habitat and hunting. As the authority on all things deer, we blend the art of hunting with the science of management to create better deer and better deer hunting.
The West Central Branch of the National Deer Association, specifically, is a Branch/Charter located in West Michigan who works locally to ensure the future of wild deer, wildlife habitat and hunting. To help accomplish this goal, our Branch has arranged this online auction. The more generous your bidding, the more money our Branch and the National Deer Association, will have to fund local and national conservation and education.
General Rules:
NDA reserves the right to remove or exclude any auction item listed at its sole discretion. Additionally, while every effort has been taken to ensure 100 percent accurate descriptions of each item, they remain subject to change until time of sale, so be sure to double-check item descriptions and to confirm any additional details with the item’s provider prior to purchase. In the event that a hunt cannot be accommodated due to Covid-19, NDA will work with the outfitter on alternative dates.
NDA will contact winners by email or phone for details on setting up proper shipping of hunt information. Note: it may take 7 to 10 days after receiving your payment before NDA contacts you to make arrangements.
All services covered by this invoice have been acquired and obtained from and to be furnished by third parties. No services covered by the invoice are to or will be performed by NDA. The NDA shall bear no responsibility for the delivery of quality of any such services or for any loss or damage arising from, related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser further acknowledges that in the services purchased are outside the United States, NDA cannot be responsible or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States nor can NDA be held accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise therefrom.
All items auctioned are sold “as is.” NDA West Michigan Branch assumes no responsibility for the validity of descriptions, authenticity, or condition of any hunt donated for auction. Values listed are as stated by donors and are not warranted by NDA West Central Branch for tax or any other purpose.
Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warming. NDA West Central Branch will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bid placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures causes by (i) a loss of connection on NDA West Central Branch end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software, and/ or (iii) a breakdown or problem with a bidder’s internet connection, computer, or system. NDA West Central Branch does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
If you are a successful bidder, you agree to pay the amount of your bid plus all applicable taxes and fees. All sales are final and non-refundable. Winning bidder authorizes NDA to charge for payment due.
The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any paperwork for licenses and/or permits (if necessary)
NDA West Central Branch does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
