1. Shipping will be charged to your Credit Card and shipped by Canada Post on our Business Discount Rates.
2. If you have a Shipping Account you would like us to use, we can provide you with your weight and dimensions.
3. A Pick Up Option is also available on the northside of Edmonton AB, Canada.

Placing your bid is your acceptance of all Terms and Conditions, Buyers Premium, Taxes, Shipping and Payment information. Please read them before bidding.
1. Payment Terms
All payments are due immediately following the auction. Your credit card will be charged after completion of the sale. Freight Charges will be calculated, invoiced separately and charged in as timely a manner to your Credit Card.
Credit Card Payments are subject to a 5% Fee.
As per the Credit Card Provider – Shipments must be made to the Address on file.
All Taxes where applicable. The Buyer is liable for all customs, duties and/or excise taxes.
2. Return Policy
No Returns, Refunds and/or Substitutions. All products are new/unused. (Packaging may not be in mint condition, but the product is factory new.)
3. Shipping Policy
All items are shipped (and tracked) by Canada Post. We don't guarantee delivery times and will not refund shipping charges for parcels that are not delivered by a specific date. Please contact your local Post Office with your tracking number for tracking information.
Shipping Charges will be determined after preparation as we need to pack, weight and measure.
You will be emailed a tracking number to your email address on file, when your parcel is sent out.
Items will be insured and a signature required for pickup. Insurance coverage on any value of $100 or less is included in the Shipping Charge. Each additional $100 Value is charged $2.25 in Coverage. eg. $200.00 Value would cost $2.25 in Insurance, a $1000 Value would cost $20.25 in Insurance Coverage ($900 x $2.25). $1000 Value is the maximum Insurable Value Canada Post Accepts.
Due to COVID-19, deliveries may be delayed.
4. Age and/or Purchasing Restrictions
We assume no responsibility or liability, for any misrepresentation of your age, or other Purchase Restrictions.
5. Lost or Damaged Goods Claim Policy
We must be notified of damaged goods within 3 days of receipt of goods. Notice must include all purchase receipts and pictures of: shipment packaging and damaged goods. Buyer agrees to submit any proof and/or explanations to the Post Office(s) in resolving any claims. Failure to do so may result in the claim being rejected. Payouts from the Post Office may not be for the entire Value amount and/or Cost of Shipping. Filing a Claim does not guarantee a refund.
