1834 large date small letters capped bust silver half dollar coin. In approximately EF - AU with nice hair and feather detail. Some contact marks in the fields and rainbow toning. Outer edge lettering is intact and reads "fifty cents or half a dollar." The 1826 has 3 die cud spots obverse, otherwise a uncirculated example. This lot has a reserve.

BIDDING
Bidding advances shall be regulated by the auctioneer and shall be at his discretion. He or she has the right to refuse any bids. Some of the items offered at auction are subject to a reserve. A reserve is a minimum price agreed upon by the consignor of the property and the auction house. The auctioneer may bid on behalf of the consignor in order to reach the minimum sale amount. If the minimum amount is not reached, the auctioneer may pass the item. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of clients and vendors, but shall not be liable for errors or omissions in executing instructions to bid.
