18AA-3 S&W 1917 #55339Smith and Wesson US Army Model 1917 revolver, .45 caliber, Serial #55339. The pistol is in fine overall condition with a 5 ½” barrel. The pistol retains nearly all of its blued finish with only light wear at the muzzle and a faint drag line on the cylinder. The trigger and hammer shows beautiful muted case hardening. The smooth wood grips are in good condition with small mars and light handling marks. The lanyard ring isretained in the butt.
