18AL-44 WINCHESTER 73 #27689Scarce and desirable early Winchester Model 1873 “open top” lever action rifle, .44 caliber, 24” octagon barrel, blued finish, set trigger (working at time of description), wood stocks, S/N 27689, in overall very good condition with traces of original blue in protected areas, balance gone to a pleasing brown patina; good to very good bore, crisp action, sharp markings and good wood stocks showing scattered minor handling and storagemars and scratches.
