Remington Double derringer in .41 rim fire caliber with early side address, S/N 247. One of 2000 made beginning 1868. Nicely period scroll engraved in New York style with characteristic light scroll engraving. Lot Title 80%-90% darkened and unpolished silver finish and faded gold with balance going to patina. Lightly cleaned rosewood grips in very good condition (Steel wool no sanding). Good markings and very good overall. The bores Lot Title show some use and wear from firing and not cleaning. A rare and early variation seldom found engraved. The collection of Doug Drummond with a copy of his book. (Antique) Est.: $3000-$6000

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed.
